Advertiser Terms

Status: draft under legal review.

Acceptance and Relationship

These Advertiser Terms apply to businesses that apply to or use AffiliateNetwork as an advertiser. Advertisers act as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or representatives of AffiliateNetwork.

Eligibility and Business Verification

Advertiser registration and self-service campaign tools are planned for a later phase. Until they are available, advertiser onboarding is handled through managed discussions with our team. AffiliateNetwork may request business, website, ownership, product, and contact information before any campaign is accepted.

Campaign Terms

Campaign terms are expected to define commission structure, cookie period, eligible countries, permitted promotional methods, restricted traffic sources, landing-page requirements, and validation rules. No campaign should be promoted before its terms are agreed and recorded.

Tracking Integration

Pixel, postback, and server or API tracking are planned. Where tracking is configured, advertisers are expected to provide accurate technical details and cooperate with troubleshooting, attribution reviews, and validation.

Publisher Approval

Advertisers may be given the ability to review and approve publisher applications. Approval for one campaign, placement, territory, or method does not imply approval for another.

Conversion Validation

Advertisers are expected to review tracked conversions against campaign terms. Validated conversions may become payable. Cancelled, returned, duplicated, fraudulent, untracked, non-compliant, or reversed transactions are not payable.

Commission and Payment

Commission funding and payment workflows are planned for the upcoming campaign phase. Detailed payment methods, thresholds, currencies, tax requirements, and cycles will be confirmed in the final reviewed terms and applicable campaign documentation.

Brand Safety and Prohibited Promotion

Campaigns may not involve misleading offers, prohibited products or services, incentivised or fraudulent conversions, invalid traffic, or attempts to circumvent tracking. Advertisers are expected to provide accurate offers, lawful landing pages, and clear brand requirements.

Data Protection and Compliance

Advertisers must comply with applicable privacy, cookie, marketing, consumer-protection, and data-security law. Personal data received through AffiliateNetwork may only be used for the authorised campaign purpose.

Suspension and Termination

AffiliateNetwork may pause campaigns, restrict access, reject transactions, suspend accounts, or terminate access where required to protect publishers, users, rights holders, or platform integrity, or where campaign terms or platform policies are breached.

Governing Law and Contact

Governing law, jurisdiction, liability, and formal dispute procedures will be confirmed in the final reviewed version of these terms. Questions and formal notices can be sent to [email protected].
