Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Affiliate Relationships

AffiliateNetwork Inc operates AffiliateNetwork as an affiliate network. AffiliateNetwork and participating publishers may earn commissions when users click eligible tracking links and complete qualifying actions with an advertiser. Commission eligibility is subject to tracking, campaign terms, validation, and reversals.

Publisher Disclosure Duties

Publishers must clearly and prominently disclose affiliate or advertising relationships wherever required by law, regulation, platform policy, advertiser terms, or accepted advertising standards. Disclosures should be understandable, difficult to miss, and placed close to the relevant recommendation, endorsement, offer, or link.

Accuracy and Editorial Responsibility

Compensation must not be presented as independent consumer advice without disclosure. Publishers remain responsible for the accuracy and currency of their content, prices, offers, comparisons, availability statements, claims, reviews, endorsements, and audience targeting.

Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Third-party advertiser, network, product, and service names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership, endorsement, or an active commercial relationship unless AffiliateNetwork Inc expressly states otherwise.

Questions or Concerns

Disclosure questions and reports of misleading affiliate content can be submitted through the contact page or the compliance contact shown in the website footer.
